Thank you to those who joined us on December 10 for an applicant-led Open House.
QuadReal has submitted a rezoning application to the City of New Westminster to redevelop 611 Agnes Street with a 37-storey, mixed-use building containing ground-floor retail, including a new childcare facility, two levels of office, and rental homes above. The proposal is in accordance with the Downtown Community Plan.
